Tips Menjaga Kesehatan Di Pandemi Covid-19

 Bagaimana cara menjaga kesehatan kita selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini? simak ulasan berikut!

Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 ini, kita harus benar benar memerhatikan kondisi kesehatan kita, keluarga, dan orang orang terdekat. Karena Covid-19 ini dapat menyerang siapa saja, baik yang tua maupun yang muda, anak kecil, remaja, dewasa, maupun orang yang sudah berumur sekalipun.

Nah, apa saja tips menjaga kesehatan tubuh saat pandemi Covid-19 ini agar kita tidak sampai tertular?

1. Selalu mencuci tangan

    Mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan juga air yang mengalir adalah salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan tubuh kita yang paling efektif untuk mencegah penyebaran atau penularan virus corona ini. Perbanyak mencuci tangan itu lebih baik.

2. Selalu membawa hand sanitizer

    Menggunakan hand senitizer adalah alternatif jika tidak ada tempat cuci tangan. Selain gampang dibawa, hand senitizer juga sangat efektif membunuh kuman yang menempel pada tangan dan juga membersihkannya.

3. Selalu memakai masker

    Pemerintah menyarankan kita menggunakan masker saat berpergian keluar rumah, kemanapun itu. Dan juga, sekarang akan ada sanksi nya jika kalian kedapatan tidak memakai masker saat berada di luar lingkungan rumah.

4. Melakukan Social distancing

    Cara menjaga kesehatan tubuh saat virus corona bisa dapat kamu lakukan dengan menjaga jarak dengan orang lain saat beraktivitas bersama, minimal 1 meter. Kenapa 1 meter? Karena ini adalah jangkauan percikan air yang bisa menyebar dari mulut saat seseorang bicara.

Why the people or friend criticized you?

1. They feel threatened by some of your qualities
2. They are convinced that have a right to a special treatment
3. They like to feel responsible for the situation 
4. They want to gain something 
5. They think they are helping you 
6. They think that only their views are valid

How to react to criticism?

The way to react to criticism depends largely on the situation and the reasons that cause it. In fact, there are cases where is better not to do it, because reacting to criticism would only serve to further enhance the other person and satisfy his/her desire for leadership and control. In these cases it is best to ignore them, because trying to defend ourselves would only lead to a dead end. Therefore, if you can, pretend that nothing has happened.
When the person who criticizes you is important for you, it is desirable that you pay attention and let him/her know that you love and esteem him/her, even if you do not agree with that opinion. You can also point out to that person that you respect his/her ideas and efforts, but always asserting your independence and the right to make your own decisions.
When it comes to a criticism made in public and you want to defend yourself, you better not do it with another critics but focusing only in dismantling what the other have said, always keeping calm. Often a quiet, concise and intelligent response is enough to make a good impression on the others.
In any case, you should always reflect on criticism and, if contains a grain of truth, correct your behavior, an attitude that shows maturity.

Prestasi belajar adalah  ukuran keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh siswa dalam penguasaan tugas-tugas atau materi pelajaran yang di terima di waktu tertentu.


Faktor-faktor pendorong prestasi belajar 

Ada 2 faktor yang dapat mendorong prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu

1) Faktor internal 
     Adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa itu sendiri, yang terdiri dari :
    - Faktor kemampuan
    - Faktor minat
    - Faktor keadaan fisik dan psikis 
2) Faktor eksternal 
     Adalah faktor yang berasal dari luar diri siswa yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar, yang terdiri dari :
    - Faktor Guru 
    - Faktor Lingkungan Belajar
    - Faktor Sumber Belajar 

Prestasi belajar dapat dibedakan menjadi lima aspek, yaitu:

- Strategi Kognitif
- Informasi verbal
